  1. Power = Top Button.
  2. Input = Bottom Button.
  3. Select = Third Button from Top (CH^).

Connecting to Collaboration Table

 Generally:

1.       Settings: Library WePresent

2.       Password: RioGrande

3.       Join IPhone: MirrorOp Presenter

          Join Laptop: Provided Flash drive, WePresent File, Library WePresent.

4.       Login Name = Patron Name

5.       Login Code: Upper Right four Digit Code

 

Connecting to the Collaboration Table (CT) via HDMI Cord

  1. Generally: Open the center panel, pull out the HDMI connector, and plug it into your laptop.
  1. On CT, for Input: Select HDMI 2.

Collaboration Table Policy

  • The Collaboration Table is an area on the Main Floor of Davis Library designed for group work.
  • Up to four Students can work collaboratively and share screens between up to four different devices although multiple users can be connected.
  • The Collaboration Table may be reserved in advance and used for up to two hours at a time.
  • One student using the Table must leave a photo ID at the Circulation Desk while using the Table.
  • If needed, a WePresent flash drive will be issued and must be returned after use for return of photo ID.
  • Students must use their own devices, adapters, and flash drives.
  • Students should be considerate of others in the library in terms of volume.
  • Personal headphones and ear buds are encouraged.
  • Food and drink are prohibited
  • Library Staff reserve the right to end use for unacceptable content or behavior.
  • Students must adhere to Rio’s Acceptable & Ethical Use of Technology Resources Policy.
