Radiologic Technology
Radiologic Technology is a college major that trains students to use imaging equipment, such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRI machines, to help diagnose and treat medical conditions. Students learn about human anatomy, patient care, radiation safety, and imaging techniques through both classroom instruction and hands-on clinical experience. The program prepares students to work closely with patients and healthcare teams in hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers. Radiologic technology majors develop strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of medical procedures. Graduates are prepared for certification and careers as radiologic technologists, playing a key role in modern healthcare.
